The international mobility regime under Ley 14/2013 (the Act of 27 September 2013 on support for entrepreneurs and their internationalisation) establishes specific routes for certain international profiles and for projects regarded as strategic, with procedures and features of their own. Applications are processed online by the Unidad de Grandes Empresas y Colectivos Estratégicos (UGE-CE), the Large Companies and Strategic Groups Unit.

See the routeThe categories currently processed by the UGE-CE under Ley 14/2013 are: entrepreneurs, highly qualified professionals and the EU Blue Card, researchers, intra-corporate transfers, the audiovisual and cultural sector, international remote workers and their family members. The former investor route (the so-called Golden Visa) is no longer open to new applications.
