This website is owned by Garzalex Lawyers, a law firm with its head office at Av. Pilar Calvo, C.C. Ibérico, Marbella (Málaga), Spain, and offices in Madrid and London. You may contact the firm at info@garzalex.com.

The firm is directed by Antonio José García Linares, director. The lawyers who make up Garzalex practise as registered members of the Málaga Bar Association (Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Málaga) and the Madrid Bar Association (Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid), each under their respective registration numbers, and their practice is subject to the Spanish rules governing the legal profession and to its code of professional conduct.

The contents of this site are for information purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. A professional relationship with the firm arises only from the express acceptance of an engagement. The texts, the brand and the design of this site belong to Garzalex Lawyers and may not be reproduced without written authorisation.

Use of this site implies acceptance of these terms. Any dispute concerning its content is submitted to the competent Spanish courts and tribunals.

The data controller for the data collected on this site is Garzalex Lawyers, Av. Pilar Calvo, C.C. Ibérico, Marbella (Málaga). The only means of collection are the enquiry form and the email address info@garzalex.com: we do not collect data by any other means.

Purpose. We process your data solely to deal with your enquiry, to assess the possible professional engagement and to reply to you by the means and in the language you indicate. We do not use them for advertising, nor do we build commercial profiles.

Disclosure and retention. We do not disclose your data to third parties, save where required by law. If the enquiry does not lead to an engagement, the data are erased within a maximum of twelve months. If you instruct the firm, they are retained for as long as the professional relationship lasts and for the liability periods laid down by law. Everything is, in addition, protected by professional secrecy (the Spanish lawyer’s statutory duty of confidentiality).

Your rights. You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@garzalex.com. If you consider that we have not dealt with your request, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD).

This site uses only technical cookies, which are necessary for the site to work: remembering the language you choose and keeping your basic browsing preferences during your visit. None of them requires prior consent under the rules currently in force.

In this version of the site we do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies: no third party receives information about your visit, and your activity on other websites is not tracked.

If we introduce measurement tools in the future, this policy will be updated before they are activated and the appropriate consent will be requested from you.
