Page count and file size correspond to the latest closed edition of each piece. When a guide is reissued, the item keeps its number and changes edition.
Access
What is open, what is handed over in person and what may carry the imprint of a partner agency.
Open. Guides, checklists and Research reports are downloaded without registration and without leaving an email address. Everything is designed to be printed on A4 and annotated by hand, which is why the checklists carry an empty box rather than a ticked one.
In person. Contract templates and annotated versions of the reports are provided to clients with an open file, because a template without the judgement that goes with it does more harm than good. They are requested via the contact page or from the lawyer handling the matter.
Partner agencies. The Marbella estate agencies that work with us may distribute these pieces to their buyers in a co-branded edition: same text, same signature, the agency’s imprint beside ours. This is agreed piece by piece by writing to info@garzalex.com.
